Activities and responsibilities Document Management Ensure the control, distribution and monitoring of technical and qualification documentation in accordance with internal procedures.

Guarantee the traceability, archiving and updating of technical documents.

Monitor and coordinate classified documents in accordance with current regulations.

Manage the delivery, monitoring and archiving of documents relating to weight, balancing and other technical areas.

Communication and coordination Ensure the distribution and monitoring of official mail to and from partner companies and competent authorities.

Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing information, including the management of generic mailboxes and the traceability of exchanges.

Provide support to engineering and program teams regarding mail, visa monitoring and record keeping.

Assist liaison officers in their daily activities.

Administrative and logistical support Ensure the monitoring of Engineering department actions and contribute to the preparation of meetings.

Manage the department budget (creation and monitoring of purchase requests – RFAs).

Perform the replacement function for qualification documentation (QDoc).

Training: Bac +2 to Bac +3 in technical assistance, document management, administration or equivalent field.

Experience: A first successful experience in technical documentation management or engineering support, ideally in the aeronautical or industrial sector.

Skills: Excellent mastery of office tools and document management.
