Remuneration according to your experience and skills: FROM 35K€ to 50K€ MAX gross annual (excluding Scalian benefits) We are looking for an expert engineer in industrial performance improvement and supplier crisis management to support our client, a major player in the aeronautical industry.

Integrated on our client's site, you will be responsible for conducting:

• recovery plans: diagnosis of the crisis situation, constitution and management of the war room, implementation of production monitoring tools, root cause analysis, supplier support in prioritization, establishment of curative, corrective, and preventive action plans, communication between the client and the supplier.
• supplier improvement plans: evaluation / diagnosis of industrial performance, organizational and operational diagnosis, flow analysis, value analysis, waste analysis, determination of strengths and weaknesses, implementation of improvement plans.

Numerous trips to suppliers in France and abroad will be to be expected.

You are autonomous, persuasive, and possess good listening skills: we offer an opening to complex projects and rapid career evolution. Coming from an engineering background (Master's degree), you have significant experience in industrial activities, ideally acquired in the aeronautical sector in a Quality, Supply chain, or audit/support position.

You must imperatively have a mastery of quality requirements and tools, and have already managed crisis situations and improvement plans at suppliers.

A fluent level of English is required for this position.
