Profile: Experienced GL / Generalist Accountant to support the Group Finance Department in managing and securing the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle for a scope of international entities. Guarantor of accounting quality, local regulatory compliance, and convergence with the Group's IFRS framework. An expert in closing and consolidation mechanisms, you will act as the pivot interlocutor between local entities, external providers (accounting and tax firms), and Group Finance teams. You will initially work on securing the French entity before taking responsibility for European subsidiaries (notably Scalian Switzerland and Germany). Strong mastery of accounting adjustment techniques, integrated ERPs (Unit4), and multi-currency environments. Extreme rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset, and the ability to evolve and communicate remotely in a multicultural environment. Missions: Ensure complete accounting maintenance, the exhaustiveness of recordings, and the preparation of all monthly and annual closing entries in the Unit4 ERP.

Guarantee local tax compliance for each jurisdiction by preparing declarations and coordinating validations with local firms and advisors.

Perform the accounting bridge, document IFRS adjustments (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 37), and ensure inter-company reconciliations (Interco).

Produce trial balances, supporting documents, audit files, and financial reports intended for Group reporting within the deadlines.

Coordinate legal audit work with local chartered accountants and statutory auditors.

Actively participate in evolution projects, process harmonization, and functional testing campaigns on the Unit4 ERP.

Desired Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, or Management (ISCAE, ENCG, Business School, or University Master's). You have proven successful experience in general accounting within a multi-subsidiary Group environment or an accounting firm. Required Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience (Confirmed seniority / complete autonomy on the R2R cycle). Communication Level: Fluent professional English is mandatory (Minimum B2/C1 level required for managing inter-entity flows, IFRS packages, and Group reporting). Tools and Methodologies: ERP Unit4 (highly appreciated), IFRS standards (IFRS 15/16, IAS 37), interco reconciliation techniques, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, complex control formulas), Pack Office / Google Suite.
