CDI (executive status) in Toulouse / HYBRID
3 years of experience as an industrial project manager
Remuneration according to your experience and skills: FROM 35K€ to 50K€ MAX gross annual (excluding Scalian benefits)
Integrated into the site of our client, a major player in the aeronautical industry, you will pilot industrial transfer activities through the following missions:
Define the industrialization strategy; Define the production process; Establish the costing, technical proposals and schedules associated with the industrial transfer; Ensure the steering of industrialization in order to satisfy Cost/Quality/Deadline requirements; Ensure the coordination of different trades; Write progress reports to the client; Ensure the implementation and steering of risk management; Ensure support for change management; Continuously propose improvement areas and action plans in a continuous improvement logic.
Graduate of an engineering school, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrialization and/or Project Management, ideally in the industrial field (automotive, aeronautics, naval, railway..). You must master planning tools and have notions in Lean Management. Fluent English level required.
