We are looking for a Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to perform the following activities: Drive and coordinate Advanced Manufacturing / Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives. Identify, structure and prioritise digital manufacturing projects. Coordinate projects involving IT, OT, UNS, MES and Data teams. Support the deployment of digital solutions across manufacturing operations. Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement. Contribute to projects involving robotics, automation and industrial digitalisation. Act as a technical interface between manufacturing, IT and engineering stakeholders. Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners. Contribute to technical specifications and investment requirements.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Master degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. 5–8 years of experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Manufacturing 4.0, Industrial Digitalisation or a related field. Strong cross-functional knowledge of IT, OT, UNS, MES and Data. Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT and Modbus. Experience in robotics and/or process engineering is an advantage. Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning is an advantage, consistent with the supplied Manufacturing 4.0 profile. Soft skills: Problem solving Good communication skills Goal-oriented approach Self-Driven Proactive to solution Teamwork Languages: French English (fluent, oral and written)
