Logistics Manager – Bulk Cargo & River Transportation, Phetchabun

1. Marine & Bulk Cargo Logistics

Manage Logistics for Bulk Cargo from the factory to loading onto large vessels Plan product movement within the Workflow

Factory → Truck → Warehouse / Port → Barge → Bulk Vessel

Verify product readiness in relation to the Shipping Schedule Plan the quantity of goods to be moved in each period Control operations to prevent Bottlenecks that affect the Shipment

1. Laycan & Vessel Planning

Understand and be able to plan work according to Laycan (Laydays / Cancelling Date) Track Vessel Schedule and ETA of vessels Plan the preparation of products, trucks, Barge, and loading teams to be ready before the vessel arrives Coordinate when the Vessel Schedule or ETA changes Adjust transportation and Loading plans to keep up with the situation Reduce risks from Delays that may affect costs or delivery

1. Barge / เรือโป๊ะ Management

Plan the number and rounds of Barges / เรือโป๊ะ (Barge) Contact and coordinate directly with barge service providers Align the Barge Schedule with the Vessel Schedule Track product loading into the Barge and movement to the Vessel Manage Barge Turnaround Time for maximum efficiency Resolve on-site problems that may cause transportation delays

1. Stevedore Coordination

Contact and coordinate directly with Stevedores Schedule Loading dates and times Coordinate the preparation of manpower and equipment for cargo handling Verify readiness before starting the Loading Operation Track quantity and progress during loading Coordinate to resolve problems during Loading / Discharging Control work to be completed according to the specified Timeline

1. Shipping & Port Coordination

Coordinate with Shipping Agent / Port / Vessel / Barge Operator / Stevedore Track Vessel ETA and vessel arrival–departure status Verify information and documents related to the Shipment Coordinate with internal and external agencies to ensure consistent information Continuously update Shipment status to management

1. Truck & Inland Transportation

Manage company trucks and Outsource trucks Plan the number of trucks in relation to the quantity of goods to be sent to the Loading point Prepare Daily Transport Plans Control truck rounds and reduce Waiting Time Coordinate between the factory team, trucks, warehouse, and port Procure additional Outsource trucks during periods of high Shipment volume

1. Loading Operation & Quality

Control the quantity of exported goods to comply with the Shipment Plan Coordinate with the QC team and external inspectors Verify Checklists and information related to delivery Track quality issues that may affect Loading Support the preparation of reports for customers and stakeholders

1. Logistics Cost Control

Control Logistics costs and FOB Cost per Ton Analyze expenses for Truck, Barge, Stevedore, Loader, and related costs Compare Actual Cost with Budget / Target Analyze causes of costs being higher than targets Find ways to reduce costs without affecting the Schedule and delivery quality

Qualifications: Direct experience in Marine Logistics / Shipping / Bulk Cargo Logistics Direct experience working with Barge / เรือโป๊ะ or Bulk Vessel Understand Laycan and can plan Logistics in relation to the Vessel Schedule Direct experience coordinating with Stevedores Understand the Loading / Discharging process for Bulk goods Able to coordinate with multiple parties simultaneously Able to plan and solve problems when the Vessel Schedule changes Possess Logistics cost analysis skills Able to use Excel for planning and report preparation Able to communicate in English at a basic coordination level Possess leadership, quick decision-making abilities, and can work well under pressure Able to work based in Chon Daen District, Phetchabun Province
