Job description:
As a true technical expert and the preferred contact for your clients, you will ensure the proper functioning, security, and evolution of the IT infrastructures entrusted to you.
Technical management of infrastructuresEnsure the operational and security maintenance of client environments.Supervise server infrastructures, workstations, and network equipment.Implement and evolve supervision and automation tools.Supervise backups, continuity plans, and security devices.Guarantee the handling of complex incidents and critical alerts.Maintain reliable and up-to-date technical documentation.
Client support and consultingBe the preferred contact for a portfolio of clients.Establish, maintain, and strengthen the bond of trust with the clientPerform technical audits and participate in follow-up committees.Advise clients on the evolution of their information systems.***Support sales and project teams during pre-sales phases.
Management and coordinationManage a team of 3 technicians.Organize priorities and coordinate interventions.Support the skill development of employees.Guarantee the quality of services delivered.

Profile description Higher education in IT.Significant experience in systems and networks administration, managed services, or IT operations.Experience acquired at an integrator, MSP, ESN, or IT service provider.Good mastery of Microsoft and Cloud environments.Solid skills in infrastructures, networks, and cybersecurity.Ability to communicate with executives and business managers.First experience in management or technical coordination is appreciated.***Professional English.
