Management Control Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
Reporting to the local Management and working closely with the Group Finance Department, you will act as a true business partner to the operational teams.
In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be the following: Ensure the reliability of stocks (raw materials, work in progress, finished goods) in both quantity and valueSupervise and manage physical inventoriesAnalyze, challenge, and optimize existing industrial and financial processesEnsure the interface between accounting teams and production teamsProduce monthly performance analyses (turnover, margins, variances)Monitor the budgets of different activities and analyze variancesImplement and evolve management tools and dashboardsIdentify levers for optimizing costs, margins, and provisionsSupport the structuring of processes in a context of transformation (notably tools)
You will operate in a high-profile role, with strong autonomy, and actively participate in the structuring of the finance function within the subsidiary.
Profile Description:
With a higher education background in finance (business school, specialized Master's, or equivalent), you have 5 to 10 years of experience in management control or financial control, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
You stand out through: Solid expertise in industrial management control (stocks, valuation, costs, inventories)A good understanding of production environmentsAn ability to structure and ensure the reliability of processes in evolving contextsA strong appetite for information tools and systems (ERP, advanced Excel, BI tools)An excellent level of analysis and rigor
Experience in audit constitutes a real plus.
You are recognized for your curiosity, your ability to take a high-level view, and your posture as an operations partner.
You move with ease in an international environment: proficiency in English is indispensable.
Good knowledge of the Caribbean context is strongly appreciated.
