Job Description Drive pub activity from A to Z: operations, quality, financial performanceEmbody and promote English pub culture and Wells & Co beersRecruit, train, unite, and manage teams on a daily basisCreate schedules and manage payroll variablesDrive pub life: events, highlights, customer experienceManage orders and stock (rotation, inventories, loss prevention)Develop the pub budget and ensure objectives are metProduce weekly and monthly reportingEnsure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, health standards, and internal procedures

Profile Description Proven experience in establishment management (pub, bar, catering, hospitality)Strong appetite for the world of English pubs and customer cultureExcellent leadership: you know how to engage, structure, and grow your teamsSolid management skills: P&L, budgets, stock, organizationVery good interpersonal skills, equally comfortable with customers and teamsYou speak English fluentlyHands-on manager, autonomous, committed, and results-oriented
