Executive Assistant

ScaleLoop is a performance marketing agency helping DTC eCommerce and SaaS businesses scale - through Meta Ads Management, Creative Strategy, and full Creative Production.

We're scaling our client roster and team - and we need someone who can keep up with the pace and grow with us.

This isn't a typical Executive Assistant role. You'll start by supporting day-to-day operations and CEO priorities - and as you grow into the systems and the business, you'll take on full operational ownership.

We're actively investing in this person. You'll attend our ongoing Elite business coaching program alongside me, go through the curriculum together, and own the implementations. This is your fast track.

This role is fully remote and full-time.

Managing and maintaining our tools - ClickUp, Notion, and the systems that keep the team running

Following up with team members on deliverables and keeping projects on track

Attending coaching program calls and leading the implementation of what we learn

Supporting daily CEO priorities and operational initiatives

Gradually taking ownership of agency workflows, SOPs, and team coordination

You're organized, proactive, and hungry to grow. You don't wait to be told twice - you take ownership, follow through, and think in systems.

You bring:

Experience with project management tools - ClickUp, Notion, or similar

Strong English proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) - written and spoken

Strong follow-through and attention to detail

Comfort working closely with a founder and adapting to fast-changing priorities

A genuine interest in operations, business building, and agency work

The ability to learn fast and implement faster
