Responsibilities and duties

• Plan and define standards for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in general building facilities, automation, data cabling, and other devices supporting data center facilities;
• Plan and define physical security processes, access control, and monitoring of building facilities supporting the data center;
• Ensure the quality of service provision and activities;
• Maintain contact with service providers;
• Supervise project execution;
• Manage performance and service level indicators;
• Focal point for customers;
• Execute process improvement and delivery tasks;
• Define execution priority scales;
• Distribute tasks among team members;
• Provide feedback;
• Manage administrative activities to support facility operations.

Requirements and qualifications

Essential Pre-requisites

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
• Advanced English;
• People management;
• Experience in mission-critical environments;
• Mastery of office tools (Advanced Office).
