Responsibilities and duties

• Analysis of invoices: issue date, withheld taxes, invoice type;
• Input of invoices, invoice, and bills into the ERP SAP Business One (B1), with the correct accounting classification, as well as cost center;
• Registration of items and suppliers in the system;
• Tax knowledge of CFOP;
• Perform the issuance of outgoing NF (when necessary);
• Monthly provision BR and LATAM;
• Knowledge of tax legislation for technology, construction, engineering, real estate, and general service companies;
• Monitor the deadlines for sending tax obligations, main and ancillary;
• Know municipal, state, and federal legislation regarding direct and indirect taxes;
• Knowledge of taxes: IRRF, ICMS, ICMS ST, DIFAL, PIS, COFINS, IPI, withheld INSS and withheld and billing ISS;
• Monthly closing of Supplier Invoices;
• Backlog of BR and LATAM invoices;
• Support in audit assistance.

Requirements and qualifications

Essential Prerequisites

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
• Basic English and Spanish;
• Experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of ERP;
• Office Package.

Differentials

• Intermediate / advanced English and Spanish;
• ERP system SAP Business One;
• Transmission of declarations ECD, GISS, EFD Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, EFD Reinf;
• Advanced Excel;
• Committed to deadlines.
