Full-Time Employed – Nationwide Work

Scaffold Management Ltd | Yard: Birkenhead, Wirral | Work across the UK | £22 – £23 per hour (Scaffolders); £15 per hour (Labourers)

We're looking for an experienced 3-man scaffolding gang to join Scaffold Management Ltd on a full-time, employed (PAYE) basis. This is not subcontracted. It's a permanent job with steady, year-round work.

Scaffold Management is part of MGT Group, alongside RMLFS Ltd (RML Roofing Contractor) and 4 Construction Management Ltd. Together we deliver roofing, construction and access for major commercial, retail and facilities clients across the UK. That means a strong pipeline of work, professional standards on every site, and a business that's growing.

What We Need:

  • Scaffolders, Advanced Scaffolders and Labourers / Trainees, ideally applying as a gang of three.
  • CISRS cards in hand.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for all applicants).
  • At least one gang member with a Class 2 (Cat C) HGV licence and CPC to drive the truck.
  • A good understanding of TG20 and SG4.
  • Experience on commercial sites: erecting, altering and dismantling tube and fitting and system scaffold.
  • Happy to travel and work away from home, as jobs are nationwide.
  • A safe, tidy and reliable approach, with pride in the job.

What You'll Get:

  • £22 – £23 per hour for Scaffolders and Advanced Scaffolders.
  • £15 per hour for Labourers / Trainees.
  • Overtime available: time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays.
  • Accommodation covered for out-of-town work, plus a £25 out-of-town allowance.
  • A company truck or van, depending on your role, with a fuel card.
  • Mileage at 55p per mile if you ever need to use your own vehicle.
  • All branded workwear and PPE provided.

  • Full-time, permanent, employed position; not self-employed.
