Transport Operations Officer (Lamlukka Branch)

Your tasks

• Plan, control, and monitor fuel truck deliveries to ensure compliance with contracts, laws, and customer requirements.
• Manage and control drivers to ensure sufficient staffing for operations, including working days, holidays, and working hours.
• Control transport safety, such as delivery routes, Route Card, Site Survey, GPS, CCTV, and Surprise Check.
• Resolve problems during delivery, analyze causes, and report through the chain of command.
• Manage vehicle maintenance (PM) and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Oversee discipline, behavior, and departmental assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Age 25 years or older.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. At least 1 year of experience in transport management.
4. Knowledge of hazardous goods transport laws and Risk Assessment.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and the internet.
6. Possess a driver's license and can drive a car.
7. Fair level of English.
8. Leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, high responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
