Quality System Development Control Officer - QA (Bangna Head Office)

• Control, supervise, and develop the quality system, standard systems, and related documents of the organization
• Prepare, review, and update documents in the quality system to be current
• Conduct Internal Audit and follow up on corrective actions (CAR / Observation / NC)
• Supervise and manage Customer Complaints, analyze causes, and prepare summary reports
• Coordinate with customers and related agencies such as SHELL, PTT
• Prepare Presentations and performance reports regarding the quality system
• Control and prepare Route Card, Site Survey, including updating information to be accurate and current
• Support quality control of work for drivers and assistants (D&A)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Age 20 years and above Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field Experience in quality systems / standard systems (experienced candidates will be given special consideration) Knowledge of system auditing (Internal Audit) and risk management Knowledge or experience regarding ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, Q-Mark Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Google Map Communication, coordination, and report preparation skills Fair level of English High responsibility, able to work in a team, and work well under pressure Able to travel to work in other provinces occasionally New graduates are welcome
