Loading Master - NFC Rayong

1. Control and supervise the pumping and transfer of goods between vessels and the pier to comply with specified requirements and targets.
2. Ensure the readiness of the pier, operational equipment, and safety equipment to be in ready-to-use condition.
3. Control operations to comply with the specified timeframe to reduce delays and Demurrage costs.
4. Control and prevent accidents, product leakage, as well as impacts on personnel, assets, and the environment.
5. Control product Loss / Gain to be within the specified criteria.

Control product quality to comply with customer requirements.

1. Maintain vessel receiving documents, Work Instruction, and Procedure to be accurate and complete.
2. Coordinate and resolve problems occurring during operations.
3. Support activities and other organizational tasks as assigned, such as 5S, KAIZEN, CILT, etc.

1. Perform duties related to vessels berthing, which are mostly foreign vessels; therefore, English language skills and maritime knowledge are required at times.
2. Perform duties related to Oil, Chemical & Gas product groups, which requires an understanding of product quantity calculation.
3. Working on vessels may involve uncertain working hours and may require continuous operation.

Qualifications: Age 25 years or older and has completed military service. Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science, Science, Logistics, or Maritime Studies. Have experience in maritime or port operations in a supervisory position or higher for at least 2 years. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP B1, and related programs. Able to speak, read, and write English. Have skills in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. Have knowledge of maritime affairs and port operations.
