TRADE COMPLIANCE – INBOUND & OUTBOUND OPS

To support trade compliance outsourced activities: GTS Daily Operations:

a) Perform daily inbound shipment tasks such as:

• Monitoring import shipments via shipment reports and/or pre-alert for and ensuring timely customs data to be sent to broker.
• Validation and investigation of system generated data and its discrepancies against the physical shipment documents and perform correction of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data sent to broker.
• Monitoring and filing of any shipment discrepancies.
• Validation of business partners and clear incompleteness checks.
• Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system.

b) Perform daily inbound shipment Commercial Invoice tasks:

• Check and release held CIs in the GTS system.
• Following up with teams for readiness to PSubs and escalation of issues as required.
• Monitoring of discrepancies and ensuring correctness in commercial invoices generated.
• Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system.

c) Perform daily outbound shipment tasks

• Monitoring of export shipments via shipment bookings/requests to ensure that data were sent to the broker in a timely manner to fulfil AED compliance.
• To escalate as required Validation and investigation of system generated data and its discrepancies against physical shipment documents and correction of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data sent to broker.
• Monitoring and filing of any shipment discrepancies.
• Validation of business partners and clear incompleteness checks.
• Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system.
