Site Mechanical Construction Engineer
Supervise and directly oversee on-site installation of HVAC, Fire Fighting (FM200, CO2, Fire Hydrant, Fire Search), and Plumbing systems per approved shop drawings.
Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and progress verification against schedule.
Ensure execution complies with NFPA, SMACNA, and ASHRAE standards on-site.
Coordinate in real time with other on-site disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation) to resolve conflicts and installation clashes.
Manage subcontractors and labor crews on site to meet daily/weekly targets.
Verify materials delivered to site against approved submittals.
Prepare As-Built markups based on actual site execution.
Submit daily/weekly site progress reports to project management.
Ensure site safety compliance (HSE) during installation activities.
Support quantity surveying for site-driven design changes and variation orders.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechanical Power Engineering.
2+ years of experience in MEP site supervision and/or technical office roles, ideally within EPC, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
Solid knowledge of Fire Fighting (NFPA), and Plumbing systems.
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD for reading/marking up drawings on site.
Comfortable working full-time at project site locations, including remote or industrial sites.
Experience preparing BOQs, technical submittals, and As-Built documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage site conflicts across disciplines.
Egyptian military service completed or exempted (for male candidates).
