Tender Review: Study and analyze tender documents (BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and contract conditions) for foam, water-based, gas suppression systems , and fire alarm systems.

Vendor Coordination: Request and evaluate quotations from approved vendors and subcontractors for foam concentrates/proportioning equipment, fire pumps, sprinkler/hydrant components, clean agent and CO₂ suppression systems, and fire alarm panels/detectors.

Cost Estimation: Build detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, engineering, installation, testing & commissioning, and overheads/margins.

Technical Proposal Preparation: Prepare compliance statements, technical write-ups, methodology, and deviation/exception lists against tender specifications and international codes (NFPA, FM /UL )

Commercial Proposal Preparation: Develop the commercial offer, pricing summary, and terms & conditions in line with company policy and project risk profile.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Engineering, procurement, project management, and QA/QC teams to validate technical solutions and ensure feasibility of proposed fire protection systems.

Bid Submission & Follow-up: Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and on time, addressing pre-bid queries, clarifications, and post-bid technical/commercial negotiations.

Documentation & Records: Maintain a database of vendor pricing, historical bids, unit rates, and lessons learned to improve future tender accuracy and competitiveness.

Handover Support: Support handover of awarded projects to the execution team with complete technical and commercial documentation.

Market & Product Awareness: Keep up to date with new products, suppression technologies, and updates to fire protection and fire alarm codes and standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics .

2-5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposals for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems.

Good knowledge of NFPA, FM, UL , and applicable fire protection standards.

Experience in reviewing tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings .

Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals .

Good knowledge of fire protection systems including sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, foam systems, clean agent systems, CO₂ systems, and fire alarm systems.

Ability to obtain, evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations .

Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Fire Protection or NFPA-related certifications are considered an advantage

Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred
