Direct Support Professional (PRN)

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. (SBR) is hiring for Direct Support Professionals to work on an as needed/PRN basis to provide support to individuals in our Home Based Services Program.  As a DSP, you will be enhancing the lives of those SBR provides services to by supporting achievement in personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

As a PRN employee at SBR, you will be trained and required to work in both SBR's Residential homes, and in the 24 hour family homes, depending on available openings.  A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car is required.

Requirements:

High School diploma/GED 

Valid PA Driver's License 

Access to reliable car

Physical/PPD

Pre-Employment Drug Screening

Prior experience working with individuals with ID in a Family Home or Residential Setting

Abilities and Skills:

Willing to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs

Professional with the ability to maintain records

Great Communication skills

Safe driver
