Purpose

As a Modern Digital Workplace Intern, you will support the Modern Digital Workplace team in enabling SBMers to effectively adopt and use digital workplace technologies. You will contribute to initiatives focused on Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Digital Adoption, user engagement, Change Management, and collaboration solutions.

You will play an active role in supporting the team's mission to guide and empower employees in their daily use of Microsoft 365 tools. Working closely with team members, business stakeholders, and end users, you will help improve the Digital Employee Experience, contribute to learning and communication initiatives, and support continuous improvement of Digital Workplace services.

During this internship, you will gain exposure to:

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration technologies.
• Change Management and User Adoption methodologies.
• Internal communications and community management.
• SharePoint Online administration and content management.
• Employee enablement and training programs.
• Global IT and business collaboration.
