Job Summary
Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and safely in a factory environment, supporting team goals and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to complete cleaning tasks accurately and promptly in a factory setting
- Clean and sanitize walls, floors, ceilings, and windows following taught procedures to maintain a safe work area
- Respond promptly and politely to supervisor instructions to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team leaders, supervisors, coworkers, and customers to support teamwork and service quality
- Assist team leaders and supervisors with urgent cleaning tasks to meet customer satisfaction
- Consistently wear required safety gear such as gloves and masks to protect yourself and others
- Maintain a neat appearance and professional conduct to represent the company positively
- Adhere strictly to company policies and instructions to ensure proper task completion
- Report damaged equipment immediately and perform final cleanup at shift end to maintain facility condition
- Accurately complete daily cleaning checklists to document work performed
- Complete all basic and annual training to maintain job competency
- Obtain and maintain necessary safety passes, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Work comfortably in air-conditioned environments and maintain physical fitness to manage daily workload
