Technical Product Manager - Inertial Navigation & Maritime Systems (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support our growth, SBG Systems is looking for a Product Manager (M/F) to join its product team and contribute to the development of its inertial navigation solutions dedicated to maritime robotics, subsea, and hydrography. This position is intended for an engineer or a technical profile wishing to evolve towards a product/business role, at the heart of cutting-edge technologies. Working closely with R&D, application, marketing, and sales teams, you will actively participate in the life and evolution of our products. Market & User Understanding

• Analysis of customer needs (maritime navigation, subsea, hydrography)
• Market and competitive intelligence
• Understanding field uses and operational constraints

Product Contribution

• Participate in the definition and evolution of the product roadmap
• Formalization of functional requirements for R&D
• Monitoring the product range dedicated to this market

Support & Communication

• Sales enablement materials
• Technical responses to tenders, in connection with product strategy and market positioning
• Occasional support for lead customers or partners

You will interact with international customers and partners in order to concretely understand the field uses of our solutions.

SEARCHED PROFILE:

Education & Experience

• Engineering degree (or university equivalent)
• 5 years of professional experience
• Initial experience with complex technical systems is necessary: maritime robotics, navigation, embedded systems, instrumentation, space, defense...
• Likewise, you must necessarily have initial experience with GNSS/INS sensors applied to the maritime domain.

Skills & Mindset

• Strong interest in hardware technologies and complex systems
• Ability to synthesize and structure technical topics
• Curiosity, desire to learn, taste for teamwork
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (international context)
