To support the development of our software and user interfaces, SBG Systems is looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern (M/F). Directly integrated into the Product Management team and working closely with R&D and our application teams, you will shape the user experience of our configuration, analysis, and inertial navigation data (INS/GNSS) visualization software. 🚀 Your Major Internship Project You will lead the proposal for a complete redesign of the embedded user interface (HMI/Web) of our high-performance inertial navigation systems — the core usage of all our products. In parallel, you will occasionally work on our existing software and on shorter UX/UI topics to quickly familiarize yourself with our workflows, our users, and the navigation domain. 🎯 Your Missions UX Design & Research: Interviews and immersion with product managers and business experts to understand complex usages (maritime, robotics, defense).

Mapping user journeys (User Journeys, Workflows) and identifying friction points.

Formalizing needs in the form of wireframes and interactive prototypes.

UI Design & Integration: Designing modern graphic interfaces adapted to complex data (maps, graphs, 3D, real-time).

Structuring and enriching a unified Design System for our applications.

Internal presentations and monitoring the transfer of specifications to the R&D team (Qt/Web environment).

This list is not exhaustive. A permanent contract (CDI) will be considered at the end of the internship.

👤 Profile Sought Education: Currently in Bac+4/5 (Design School, UX/UI Master's or equivalent).

Portfolio / Book: Presenting your UX/UI projects and your design process (essential).

Skills: Mastery of Figma. Sensitivity to software integration and HMI constraints (Qt, HTML/CSS).

Soft Skills: Curiosity for technical/robotics products, ability to simplify complex concepts, initiative.

Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken (context and interfaces are in English).
