Our teams design, produce, and market a full range of inertial sensors based on cutting-edge MEMS technology such as inertial measurement units (IMU), attitude and heading reference systems (AHRS), and inertial navigation systems with integrated GPS/GNSS (INS/GNSS). We address a wide range of markets such as autonomous vehicles, drones, marine, geomatics, aeronautics, space, and defense. Your mission As part of our growth and the evolution of our Quality organization, we are looking for a QHSE Manager to support the structuring and deployment of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management system. You will play a central role in the continuous improvement of our processes and the promotion of the Quality culture within the company. You will intervene in both system-related matters and operational field issues, in collaboration with all SBG teams.

Your main missions:

Management of the QHSE system

• Pilot and evolve the Quality management system (new 2026 version).
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure the maintenance and renewal of ISO 9001 certification.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of quality indicators.
• Ensure the documentary compliance of the QHSE system.

Operational quality and continuous improvement

• Be present on the ground to support teams in solving quality problems.
• Lead root cause analyses and associated action plans.
• Participate in product and process FMEA analyses.
• Implement necessary preventive and corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial processes.
• Support teams in implementing quality best practices.

Environment and Safety

• Ensure monitoring of HSE regulatory requirements.
• Participate in health, safety, and environment prevention actions.
• Monitor actions related to the site's environmental obligations.

The ideal profile

• Higher education in Quality, QHSE, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality or QHSE in an industrial environment.
• Significant experience in SMEs or mid-cap companies.
• Experience in the structuring, improvement, or deployment of a quality system.
• Good mastery of ISO 9001 standards.
• Mastery of quality tools: FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, action plans, quality indicators.
• Strong field presence and ability to support operational teams.
• Experience in measurement analysis, quality investigations, and non-conformity processing.
• Appreciated experience in the electronics, industrial, aeronautics, defense, or complex systems sectors.
• Good level of professional English.
