REQUIRED PROFILE:
With an engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally with a specialization in quality, industrial engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a closely related technical field, you have significant initial experience in product quality within a demanding industrial environment (2 to 5 years). You have already worked on technical products and are comfortable in an environment combining design, industrialization, and production. You are capable of understanding a product and its technical constraints in order to identify risks and challenge various stakeholders. You master several of the main industrial quality tools: product/process AMDEC, FAI, 8D, root cause analysis, control plans, problem-solving methods, and statistical tools. Knowledge of issues related to electronic products, embedded systems, mechatronic equipment, or industrial products with a high technological component will be a real asset. Beyond methods, we are looking for a person capable of managing their topics from end to end. Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to take a position on a quality issue, alert when a risk is identified, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders having different interests. Your analytical capacity, attention to detail, and pedagogical skills allow you to be recognized as a reliable contact for both technical and production teams, as well as suppliers or customers. Finally, you are comfortable in an international environment and possess professional English, allowing you to communicate with our various interlocutors.
