Senior Mechanical Industrialization Engineer (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Industrialization Engineer to strengthen our teams. Reporting to the Methods and Industrialization Manager, you will ensure the efficient transition of our mechanical and mechatronic products from development to series production. You will play a key role at the interface between the Design Office, Purchasing, suppliers, Production, and Quality to guarantee the manufacturability, robustness, quality, and repeatability of our products. You will join a team of 4 people. Your main missions:

• Lead the industrialization of new products and product evolutions until they reach production.
• Coordinate the various project stakeholders (Design Office, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and suppliers).
• Challenge mechanical designs from the perspectives of manufacturability, assemblability, quality, cost, and robustness.
• Perform risk analyses and support the qualification of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, plastic injection, assembly, gluing, surface treatments, sealing...).
• Define control plans, assembly methods, and production tooling.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure the consistency of industrial requirements.
• Manage industrial data in the ERP and configuration management tools.
• Participate in drafting assembly sequences and production files.
• Lead the processing of non-conformities and associated corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and production flows.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Graduate of an engineering school in mechanics, mechatronics, industrialization, or equivalent.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in mechanical industrialization, industrial methods, or supporting product development towards series production.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, plastic injection, mechanical assembly, surface treatments, and dimensional control.
• Mastery of reading blueprints, functional tolerancing, and ISO GPS dimensioning.
• Significant experience in supplier relations, industrial qualification, and non-conformity management.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Catia as well as PLM/ERP tools (3DEXPERIENCE is a plus).
• Experience in aeronautics, defense, space, or complex electronic systems is an asset.
• Professional English required.
• Pragmatic, rigorous, autonomous, and possessing an excellent collaborative spirit.

As part of this position, a defense security clearance will be required.

Conditions - CDI - 218-day flat-rate contract

• Location: Carrières-sur-Seine (78)
• Remuneration: €58,000 to €68,000 gross annual
• 2 days of teleworking per week
