Maintenance Methods Engineer (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Methods Engineer to strengthen our Industrialization team. Reporting to the Industrialization and Operations teams, your mission will be to structure and deploy the maintenance processes for our equipment, test means, tooling, and production means in order to guarantee their availability, reliability, and performance. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Perform the inventory and mapping of equipment, tooling, test benches, and production means.
• Identify preventive, corrective, calibration, and inspection maintenance needs.
• Write and update procedures, operating modes, maintenance sheets, and associated documentary support.
• Build and implement the preventive maintenance schedule based on operational constraints and equipment criticality.
• Structure monitoring tools to allow for the tracking of interventions, anomalies, corrective actions, and maintenance deadlines.
• Define and monitor performance indicators (preventive maintenance completion, equipment availability, breakdown recurrence, etc.).
• Implement autonomous maintenance principles and support teams in their application.
• Standardize maintenance practices and contribute to the dissemination of best practices.
• Participate in the analysis of malfunctions, root cause searching, and the implementation of continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Methods, and Industrialization to support the ramp-up of our activities.

Onboarding Process In order to familiarize you with our products, our equipment, and our industrial processes, you will be integrated into the Operations teams during your first months. This field immersion will allow you to acquire a deep understanding of our production methods, with progressive support and continuous improvement mentoring.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• You have a higher education background with a technical, industrial, or supply chain focus
• You are curious and open-minded, and are sensitive to Lean Manufacturing concepts
• You are rigorous, organized, and know how to demonstrate independence in the execution of your missions
• You have good oral and written communication skills, and can work in a team
• You master common IT tools (Word, Excel, PPT, ...) and are comfortable with ERPs, product nomenclatures, and technical data management
• Experience in industrialization, methods, production, scheduling, or supply chain would be highly appreciated
• You know how to structure processes, formalize operating rules, and work transversely with R&D, production, quality, purchasing, and supply chain stakeholders
• You possess the necessary skills to build production synoptics, conduct risk analyses, evaluate process capability, and analyze the capacity of industrial means
• You are capable of identifying levers for automation, standardization, and flow optimization to support industrial growth
• You master professional written English (documentation in English)
