Electronic Buyer (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of our growth, we are looking for an industrial buyer to join and strengthen our teams. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing supplier relationships for product/project purchases with a focus on controlling lead times, quality, and costs. You will join a team of 5 people. Your main missions:

Management of production suppliers:

• Management of a €6M purchasing portfolio including subcontracting purchases for electronic boards, mechanical subcontracting, cable subcontracting, connectivity purchases, and antenna purchases.
• Control, management, and monitoring of supplier performance and the improvement action plan.
• Implementation, management, and monitoring of a supply security action plan related to availability issues or the need to increase production capacity.
• Annual management of price negotiations and implementation of framework agreements.
• Assignment of contracts / market share to suppliers.
• Entry and updating of supplier and purchasing data in the ERP.
• Ensuring the accuracy of purchasing information (prices and supplier data) in the ERP. Control and management of the sourcing, selection, and qualification process for new suppliers through to series production. Management of project purchasing, internal reporting on progress, and valuation of the finished product's purchasing bill of materials. Support to the methods/industrialization department, quality department, planning department, and accounting department. Updating purchasing procedures according to the company's evolution perspectives. This list is not exhaustive.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a technical focus.
• You have proven experience in purchasing processes and supply chain and procurement management.
• You also have confirmed knowledge of electronics/mechanics and its markets, products, and prices.
• You are autonomous, methodical, organized, a good negotiator, adaptable, reactive, capable of anticipating, possessing good interpersonal skills, curious, attentive, and tenacious in the execution of your missions.
• You demonstrate autonomy and are proactive and persuasive.
• You are able to adapt to changes and an increase in work pace due to company strategy.
• You are capable of working in project mode.
• You are proficient in common office tools (Word, Excel, business ERP, web browser, ...)
• You have professional written/spoken English (documentation in English).

As part of this position, a defense security clearance will be required.
