Lease Operator/Pumper (Nights)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Lease Operator to join our team in the oil and gas industry. This will be a 1099 position. As a Night Lease Operator, you will be responsible for the maintenance of oil and gas wells, restarting Gas Compressors, locating/troubleshooting equipment failures. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Monitor and operate oil and gas wells (ESP's, Rod Pump, Compressors, Plunger Lifts) to maximize production - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment - Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed -Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient operations - Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations - Assist with well site construction and maintenance projects Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Experience with horizontal drilling techniques - Knowledge of Oil and Gas production processes - Extensive Gas Compressor knowledge (Will Be required to blow down compressors and restart compressors nightly) Requirements: -Minimum of 2 Years of Lease Operator/Flowback/Well Testing Experience -Able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Test -Must live within 20 minutes of Odessa/Midland -Must be able to work a 10/4 or 7/7 Schedule -Must be willing to work Nights from 6PM-6AM -Must have own Reliable Truck Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
