Your tasks

• Always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain the LPM concept to all guests.
• Have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both food and beverages) allowing you to attend to every guest's needs and questions.
• Propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.
• Provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
• Handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and report to your supervisor if escalated.
