For our store at Ermou 4, Syntagma, we are looking for: Sales Associate A professional with experience in retail, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset, who will actively contribute to the growth of sales and the creation of a unique experience for every customer. Main Responsibilities Providing personalized and high-level service, based on the needs and expectations of each customer Creating and developing long-term relationships with the clientele and active implementation of clienteling practices Excellent knowledge of the products, features, materials, and philosophy of the brands, aiming for effective consultative selling Contributing to the achievement of the store's quantitative and qualitative goals Opening and closing the store, according to the company's procedures and operating standards Management of the cash register, transactions, change, returns, and documents Receipt, inspection, entry, and organization of goods Monitoring and proper management of inventory, as well as participation in stocktaking processes Maintaining the image, order, and commercial presentation of the store Full training and gradual assumption of all functions of the ERP SoftOne, aiming for excellent and autonomous use of the system in the daily operation of the store Collaboration with the central departments and the rest of the team for the smooth and effective operation of the store Taking initiatives and responsibilities that contribute to the improvement of operations and commercial results Required Qualifications: At least two years of experience in a luxury store or a similar retail environment Excellent knowledge of the English language Very good knowledge of SoftOne or another similar commercial/ERP program Particularly developed communication skills Professional presence, politeness, and a customer-centric approach Team spirit, consistency, and results orientation Flexibility regarding the store's operating hours Polished appearance Experience in the field of watches, jewelry, fashion, or other premium/luxury retail will be appreciated Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be appreciated Experience in clienteling and active development of clientele will be appreciated Familiarity with Visual Merchandising principles will be appreciated Benefits: Competitive fixed compensation package Monthly BONUS system Special preferential prices and discounts on company products Continuous training on products, sales, and company systems Full training on the ERP SoftOne and store operating procedures Opportunities for professional growth within a growing organization Modern, organized, and high-standard working environment Stable and long-term cooperation
