Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations by scheduling crew members, managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and handling client interactions to ensure smooth workflow Prepare beverages including tea and ice cream, and perform other kitchen duties to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all work areas to comply with hygiene standards Manage overall store functions and complete additional outlet operation tasks as assigned Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support team coordination and customer service
