Process Control Engineer

is a key leader responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing overall operational performance within the pasta manufacturing facility. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies that reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity. He will also oversee data analysis, skill development, and process control systems to ensure the facility operates at peak performance.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement.

Proven track record of delivering significant operational improvements and cost savings.

Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other relevant tools and techniques.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
