Do you enjoy creating welcoming, attentive, and memorable experiences for guests? As a Waitress at Savaya Group, you will deliver professional food and beverage service throughout daily beach club operations. You will welcome guests, take and serve orders, respond to requests, and coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Host, and wider Service teams. This is a guest-facing role within a fast-paced international beach club and hospitality environment in Bali. What You’ll Be Doing You will welcome guests, present menus, explain food and beverage options, take accurate orders, and provide attentive table service. You will ensure orders are communicated clearly and served efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional, and personalised approach. Before and during service, you will prepare tables and service stations, maintain clean and organised guest areas, clear and reset tables, and monitor guest needs throughout their visit. You will respond to questions and requests, handle feedback professionally, and coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, Host, and Service teams to support a smooth guest experience. You will follow Savaya Group’s food safety, hygiene, grooming, cash-handling, and service procedures. You will also maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, promotions, venue facilities, and operational standards so that you can provide accurate information to guests. Because you will represent Savaya Group directly, you will help promote a positive image of the venue by building genuine guest relationships and delivering service that is warm, attentive, efficient, and consistent. Are you available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events?

Have you worked as a waitress, waiter, server, or in a restaurant, hotel, beach club, or hospitality venue? Experience is welcome, but not essential.
