Can you help support fast, smooth, and well-organised service that contributes to an exceptional guest experience? Savaya Group is looking for a Runner to support the Food and Beverage teams across our Bali operations. You will help deliver food, beverages, glassware, equipment, and service items efficiently while working closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen teams, Housekeeping, Operations, Security, and venue leadership. This is a hands-on casual daily worker role for a reliable, energetic, and service-focused team member who takes pride in working efficiently, maintaining high standards, and supporting the team during busy service periods. What You’ll Experience In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support Food and Beverage operations across leading hospitality and lifestyle venues

What You’ll Be Doing You will support servers, bartenders, kitchen teams, and the wider Food and Beverage team by delivering orders and service items accurately, promptly, and professionally. You will assist with service preparation, transport food and beverages safely, clear and reset tables, maintain clean service areas, and help ensure guests receive a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will work quickly and carefully while communicating clearly with the team throughout the shift. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting servers, bartenders, kitchen teams, and supervisors during service

Collecting food and beverage orders from kitchens, bars, service stations, and designated pick-up areas

Delivering food, beverages, tableware, glassware, condiments, and other service items to the correct tables or locations

Checking orders for accuracy, presentation, table numbers, and special requirements before delivery

Communicating promptly with servers and kitchen or bar teams regarding missing items, delays, changes, or guest requests

Assisting with the set-up, operation, and breakdown of dining areas, bars, events, and functions

Clearing used plates, glassware, cutlery, bottles, rubbish, and other items safely and efficiently

Resetting tables and service areas with clean tableware, napkins, menus, condiments, and other required items

Maintaining clean, organised, and well-presented dining, service, pass, and back-of-house areas

Supporting the timely replenishment of cutlery, glassware, napkins, condiments, trays, and service supplies

Assisting with the safe movement of trays, food, beverages, boxes, equipment, and other supplies

Following food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness, responsible service of alcohol, and workplace safety requirements

Using trays, trolleys, service equipment, cleaning products, and personal protective equipment correctly and responsibly

Reporting spills, hazards, breakages, incorrect orders, equipment issues, and maintenance concerns promptly

Helping minimise disruption to guests while maintaining efficient service-area and back-of-house operations

Maintaining awareness of guest needs and directing questions or requests to the appropriate team member

Working closely with servers, bartenders, chefs, kitchen porters, Housekeeping, Operations, Security, and venue leadership

Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and clean uniform throughout the shift

Completing other reasonable duties required to support safe and smooth venue operations

Are you comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a busy operational environment?

Can you safely carry trays, plates, glassware, beverages, equipment, and service supplies when required?

Do you understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness, cleanliness, and safe manual handling?

Can you follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work effectively as part of a multicultural team?

Are you able to remain calm, professional, and helpful during high-volume service periods?

Do you take pride in delivering accurate orders and maintaining clean, organised, and well-presented service areas?

Can you identify and report delays, incorrect orders, hazards, spills, breakages, and equipment concerns promptly?

Can you communicate professionally in English or work effectively with an international team?

Are you prepared to work casual and flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings, evenings, late nights, and special events when required?
