Can you lead an efficient, professional, and well-organised service that contributes to an exceptional guest experience? Savaya Group is looking for a Floor Supervisor to support the Food and Beverage teams across our Bali operations. You will supervise service on the floor, coordinate servers and support teams, maintain operational standards, and help deliver a seamless experience across our hospitality and lifestyle venues. This is a hands-on supervisory role for a confident, organised, and service-focused hospitality professional who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and remain calm and effective during busy service periods, events, and high-volume operations. What You’ll Experience In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead Food and Beverage service across leading hospitality and lifestyle venues

Work alongside experienced servers, bartenders, chefs, managers, and hospitality professionals

What You’ll Be Doing You will supervise day-to-day floor operations and support the delivery of efficient, professional, and consistent Food and Beverage service. You will lead the service team during shifts, coordinate communication between the floor, kitchen, bar, and leadership teams, respond to guest needs, and ensure that venue standards are maintained from preparation through to close. You will work closely with Operations, Housekeeping, Security, and venue leadership to support safe, organised, and successful service. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising servers, runners, hosts, bartenders, and other Food and Beverage team members during service

Leading pre-shift briefings, communicating service priorities, menu information, reservations, functions, promotions, and operational updates

Allocating sections, coordinating team positions, and adjusting floor coverage according to guest volumes and operational requirements

Monitoring service flow, table progress, order timing, food delivery, beverage service, clearing, and resetting throughout the shift

Ensuring guests receive attentive, professional, and personalised service in line with venue standards

Checking dining areas, tables, service stations, bars, and guest-facing spaces before, during, and after service

Ensuring tables, menus, tableware, glassware, condiments, and service items are correctly prepared and presented

Monitoring order accuracy, special requests, allergies, dietary requirements, table numbers, and guest preferences

Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to manage timing, sequence of service, delays, unavailable items, and service issues

Responding promptly and professionally to guest feedback, complaints, requests, and service recovery situations

Escalating significant guest concerns, operational issues, incidents, and complaints to the appropriate manager

Supporting reservations, seating plans, table changes, guest movements, private dining, functions, and special events

Maintaining efficient communication between servers, bartenders, chefs, kitchen porters, Runners, Housekeeping, Operations, Security, and venue leadership

Ensuring team members follow food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness, responsible service of alcohol, and workplace safety requirements

Monitoring responsible service of alcohol practices and escalating concerns in accordance with venue procedures

Checking that service equipment, trays, trolleys, cleaning products, and personal protective equipment are used correctly

Reporting spills, hazards, breakages, equipment faults, maintenance concerns, and other operational risks promptly

Supporting stock control and the timely replenishment of cutlery, glassware, napkins, condiments, menus, and service supplies

Assisting with opening, closing, set-up, breakdown, cleaning, and handover procedures

Monitoring team presentation, uniform standards, personal hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct

Coaching team members during service and providing practical feedback to improve performance and guest experience

Supporting training and onboarding for new and existing team members as required

Completing shift reports, handovers, incident records, and other operational documentation accurately

Helping maintain a positive, respectful, inclusive, and productive working environment

Completing other reasonable duties required to support safe and smooth venue operations

Could This Be You? Have you worked as a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Bar Supervisor, Senior Waiter, Captain, Head Waiter, or in a similar hospitality leadership role?

Do you have experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, resort, beach club, nightclub, event venue, or similar hospitality environment?

Do you have a strong understanding of Food and Beverage service, guest experience, floor operations, and service standards?

Are you a confident and approachable leader who can motivate a team during busy and high-volume service periods?

Can you organise sections, delegate tasks, monitor service flow, and make effective decisions during a shift?

Are you professional, energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering consistently high standards?

Can you communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, team members, managers, kitchen teams, bar teams, and other departments?

Are you comfortable handling guest feedback, complaints, service recovery, and unexpected operational challenges?

Do you understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness, responsible alcohol service, and safe manual handling?

Can you maintain attention to detail while managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment?

Do you take pride in maintaining clean, organised, well-presented, and guest-ready service areas?
