About the Role Are you energetic, service-oriented, and interested in working in a fast-paced hospitality environment? As a Beverage Runner at Manuza, you will support the bar and service teams by delivering beverages promptly and accurately to guests and service areas. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth operations and helping create a positive guest experience. What You’ll Be Doing You will support the daily beverage service operation by collecting prepared drinks from the bar and delivering them to the correct tables, service areas, or team members. You will ensure orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and in accordance with the venue’s service standards. You will assist with preparing service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, clearing glassware and equipment, and supporting the team during busy periods and events. You will also communicate guest requests, order details, and any service issues to the relevant team members. Maintaining focus, punctuality, teamwork, and a service-oriented approach will be important in this role. The position requires physical resilience and the ability to remain active for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Could This Be You?
