Drafter - Up to $28/HR Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key Requirements:

College or university education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of mechanical design/drafting experience preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, custom steel fabrication, or bulk material handling environment is an asset.
Advanced AutoCAD and Inventor skills are required.
Experience with Solid Edge is considered an asset.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX, is preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Knowledge of raw materials including sheet, plate, pipe/tube, and round bar.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how components are manufactured and assembled.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
