DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Daily rounds for auditing infection control practices throughout the hospital and documenting observations related to the causes of infection.
- Develop audit tools to evaluate infection prevention practices.
- Develop infection control policies and procedures and work instructions throughout the hospital that ensures compliance with the guidelines.
- Analysis and interpretation of collected infection control data.
- Investigation and surveillance of suspected outbreaks of infection.
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of infection prevention and control measures.
- Monitor staff vaccination process and other occupational health-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- BSc degree in any medical background (Physician, Pharmacist, Dental)
- Post-graduate diploma in Infection Control is a Must.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same field is required.
- Excellent Communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
