Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities across clinic/retail branches and ensure all facilities operate properly. In this role, you will lead a team of civil technicians, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate repair projects to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians in handling daily operational and maintenance activities
• Ensure building, facility, and equipment maintenance are carried out properly and on schedule
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for clinic/retail branches
• Coordinate repair, renovation, and maintenance projects with internal and external parties
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure operational readiness
• Manage maintenance reports, documentation, and work progress updates
• Control maintenance budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in maintenance or building operations, preferably in retail, healthcare, or multi-site operations
• Experienced in leading civil technicians or maintenance teams
• Strong understanding of building maintenance, civil works, and facility management
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to do mobile/site visits across branches
