Waiter / Waitress

KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro located in Batu Bolong, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter/ Waitress to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine passion for hospitality, and is committed to delivering an excellent dining experience to every guest.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with any concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and other service team members
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout daily operations.
• Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST CURRENTLY BE DOMICILED IN BALI.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/ Waitress in a restaurant, bistro, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in an Asian, Western, or fusion restaurant is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
