Housekeeping Supervisor

SATOSHI Bali is opening a vacancy for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor for professional individuals who possess meticulousness, leadership, and an understanding of cleanliness standards and restaurant operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Steward and Housekeeping teams in daily operational activities.
• Supervise and ensure the thorough cleanliness of all public areas in accordance with established company standards.
• Ensure all Steward and Housekeeping staff work areas are neatly organized and meet premium/luxury hospitality class cleanliness and presentation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• MUST ALREADY BE RESIDING IN BALI.
• Able to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
• Have a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as a Housekeeping & Steward Supervisor.
• Experience working in star-rated hotels or high-end restaurants is an added value.
• Able to manage equipment washing operations, kitchen cleaning routines, and the use of cleaning chemicals according to procedures.
• Able to manage public areas from a guest perspective, as well as maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with applicable company standards and procedures.
• Possess good leadership skills, including training, directing, and motivating the Housekeeping & Steward team with a positive and disciplined approach.
• Meticulous, neat, and has high attention to detail.
