Control the conformity of maintenance work (Part-145)
Verify the conformity of work performed against approved maintenance data (AMM, CMM, SRM, IPC, SB, AD/CN).
Control the application of procedures defined in the MOE (maintenance, certification, quality chapters).
Perform final inspections of maintenance work.
Verify the conformity of parts, materials, consumables, and tooling used (traceability, Form 1 release).
Identify, record, and process technical or procedural non-conformities.
Issue the Release to Service Approval (APRS)
Verify the completeness, consistency, and conformity of maintenance records.
Ensure that all required tasks have been executed, controlled, and correctly documented.
Issue the APRS in compliance with authorization privileges and the limits defined by the MOE.
Apply regulatory mentions and signatures engaging the responsibility of the signatory.
Refuse to issue the APRS in case of non-conformity or risk to airworthiness
Participate in the quality system and compliance
Participate in Part-145 internal audits and surveillance inspections upon request.
Contribute to the processing of deviations, findings, and observations (level 1 / level 2).
Propose and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in quality reviews and compliance meetings.
Apply and promote safety requirements, human factors, and just culture.
Provide technical support and raise awareness among teams regarding Part-145 requirements (Awareness training)
Provide technical and regulatory support to maintenance teams.
Remind technicians of MOE requirements and Part-145 best practices.
Explain observed deviations and support their correction.
Participate in the transmission of feedback to the RSC.
Ensure metrological follow-up of measuring and testing equipment
Identify measuring and testing equipment subject to metrological requirements (measuring tools, test benches, control instruments).
Verify the validity of calibrations and calibrations (periodicity, tolerances, normative references).
Ensure that the measuring equipment used complies with its metrological status (calibrated, valid, identified, not expired).
Control the metrological traceability of instruments (calibration certificates, references to national or recognized standards).
Verify the clear identification of instrument status (labeling, validity dates, usage restrictions).
Detect, report, and process drifts, non-conformities, or inappropriate use of measuring equipment.
Participate in the quarantine or removal of non-compliant or expired instruments.
Evaluate the impact of metrological non-conformities on the maintenance work performed (airworthiness impact analysis).
Participate in internal and external audits within the metrology scope (EASA, other authorities, clients).
Raise awareness among maintenance teams regarding metrological requirements and best practices for using measuring equipment.
Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Engineer) with strong field experience in aeronautics and / or physical measurements / metrology.
Languages Technical English mandatory
Experience Minimum 5 years in a Part 145 environment, ideally with experience in a technical or quality office.
Knowledge
Technical knowledge:
Aircraft architecture and systems within our scope (equipment).
Aeronautical maintenance and repair procedures.
Use and interpretation of approved maintenance data.
Regulatory and procedural knowledge
