Head of Delivery - what will your role involve? As Head of Delivery, you will have a real impact on how we execute projects for our clients. We are looking for someone who not only organizes work well and knows the numbers, but can also build great relationships - both with clients and with colleagues. We offer: form of cooperation: B2B salary: 20 000 - 24 000 + VAT /month (depending on your experience) location: Wrocław, hybrid cooperation (min. 1-2 times a week from the office in Wrocław) flexible hours

Daily tasks

  • You will ensure that projects run smoothly and that communication within the team and with clients is always clear
  • You will keep an eye on profitability - both of the entire Delivery department and individual projects - while simultaneously ensuring quality and efficiency
  • You will plan and control budgets together with PMs
  • You will ensure that the team is well "allocated" and has space to act where it is most needed
  • You will build very good relationships with clients - based on respect, understanding, and a partnership approach
  • You will also build an atmosphere of trust within the team and support PMs in their daily work
  • You will look for improvements and implement them - so that it is better for all of us!
  • You will act based on our values, really influence the shape of the company, and take responsibility for your decisions
  • You will supervise the development of e-commerce projects based on Magento, ensuring proper collection of business requirements and translating them into effective solutions.

Requirements

Has experience in building and monitoring budgets, profitability, and processes Can create lasting relationships with people - with clients and colleagues Has experience in managing IT projects - preferably in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Knows about the development of e-commerce projects based on Magento (gathering business requirements, designing solutions) Can make decisions and takes responsibility for them Has already worked in a Head of Delivery role (or a very similar role) Knows project management tools (we work with Jira, Confluence, Primetric, Google Workspace) Communicates fluently in English
