Job Summary
Assist in supervising structural, architectural, and M&E installation works to ensure compliance with approved plans, building codes, and contract specifications while coordinating with consultants and contractors to deliver quality and timely project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising structural, architectural, and mechanical & electrical installation works on assigned projects to ensure adherence to approved plans and building regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement instructions and plans effectively, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain consistent monitoring of construction progress and compliance with contract specifications
- Identify and report potential quality defects and their impact on project outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly site reports on project performance and progress to support informed decision-making
- Promote good construction practices among building contractors to uphold high standards of workmanship
- Carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works competently to ensure project objectives are met
- Apply good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Building or Architectural
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising building projects in Singapore, preferably with a focus on architectural trades
