YOUR ROLE:

Within the Central Domaine team, you are a true POINT OF OPERATIONAL COORDINATION.

You monitor the resort's activity in real time and are in permanent contact with the Pistes, Remontées Mécaniques, Secours, Accueil-Information, and Vente teams.

Concretely, you:

• MONITOR AND REGULATE OPERATIONS: openings and closings, incidents, breakdowns, PIDA (Plan d'Intervention et de Déclenchement des Avalanches), events, weather conditions...
• ENSURE THE RELIABILITY AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION to teams, customers, and partners: website, application, screens, Office de Tourisme, socio-professionals...
• Use the resort's BUSINESS AND SUPERVISION TOOLS to monitor activity and contribute to the Central's reactivity.
• COORDINATE RESCUE operations with various responders and ensure the follow-up of operations;
• Participate more broadly in the SMOOTH RUNNING AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CENTRAL DOMAINE.

You appreciate teamwork and exchanges with many different professions. You are organized, rigorous, comfortable with IT tools, and have a true SENSE OF SERVICE AND SAFETY.

PRACTICE OF ENGLISH IS INDISPENSABLE to communicate with international customers and interlocutors.

WILL BE APPRECIATED

• Experience in the operation of a ski resort or in a similar operational environment: supervision PC, security, transport, etc.
• Good knowledge of the Les 2 Alpes resort.
• Experience in rescue coordination or in managing emergency situations.
• PSE1 or PSE2 training.

OFFERED CONDITIONS

• CONTRACT:

o Winter 2026/2027 seasonal, from November to the end of April, with the possibility of extension depending on activity.

o Automatic renewal of the contract for subsequent winter seasons.

o Full Time 35h, work on weekends and public holidays.

• LOCATION: Les 2 Alpes.
• START DATE: no later than November 23, 2026.

• REMUNERATION: base salary 35h at €2,288 gross monthly
