GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountable for providing technical leadership and consulting services for the planning, design, architecture, development, integration, evolution, performance, security, governance, and lifecycle management of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and digital solutions within SaskTels Business Sales & Solutions environment.

Specifically, accountable to develop and implement practical, secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that improve customer experience, employee productivity, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Provides consultative expertise to senior management, SaskTel departments, business stakeholders, and solution partners.

Leads the introduction of new AI and digital capabilities required to support existing and future business services and ensures solutions align with SaskTel architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and Responsible AI requirements.
