THE POSITION Under the supervision of the ELC Coordinator, the Early Learning Centre (ELE) Cook is responsible for all aspects of the nutrition program menu planning, according to the Canadian/First Nations Food Guide, shopping, food preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean kitchen.
