• In this position, you will provide technical consulting regarding the application possibilities and expandability of the SCADA system BiobrainSupervise
• You will advise and support service employees on a global level regarding the SCADA system in the event of technical problems
• Additionally, you will support the development departments through your participation in product release processes
• Close cooperation with the Quality and Development departments completes your spectrum of responsibilities

What you bring to the role

• You have successfully completed vocational training with a focus on Elektrotechnik and corresponding professional experience, alternatively a degree as Techniker|Meister or a Bachelor's degree with a similar technical orientation
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft operating systems 10/11 and of MS Server 2022 & 2025 is required
• You are proficient in handling computer hardware and software
• Network and IT Administrator knowledge is desirable
• You bring an understanding of processes in complex automation systems
• Experience in the Pharma | Biotechnologie environment is desirable
• You possess strong communication skills and work at a high level of service and solution orientation
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing are mandatory, German skills are an advantage
• You bring flexibility for travel within the EMEA region for up to 20%
